About the practice
Welcome to Function & Flourish, an independent mobile occupational therapy practice supporting people to build independence, wellbeing and participation in the everyday activities that matter to them.
Based in Echuca–Moama and servicing the region, Function & Flourish brings occupational therapy into the places where daily life happens—at home and in the community. Regional outreach is available by arrangement, with telehealth offered where appropriate.
Every person brings their own strengths, experiences, needs and goals. Support is tailored and collaborative, with practical, evidence-informed strategies designed to create meaningful progress in real life.
Whether you’re exploring occupational therapy support for capacity building, assistive technology prescription, sensory needs, supporting your home and personal safety, building life skills, or formal assessment and report writing, Function & Flourish offers a warm and professional approach from the first conversation.
Function & Flourish works with young people from age 10 and supports people across the lifespan, with a particular interest in women’s health, neurodivergence and disability.
